Richard Diamond is an experienced trader who gives others the opportunity to learn from his experiences and techniques. However, the informational and instructional courses are not intended, and should not be implied to intend, as any assurance that any profit level, or any profits shall be attained or realized as a result of Market Mentor LLC's informational and instructional courses.

Market Mentor LLC, its managers, members, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns, and affiliated companies (collectively, the "Market Mentor Group") assume no responsibility, obligation or liability for any loss or expense which may be incurred as a result of any of Market Mentor LLC's informational and instructional courses or the utilization of any information and or techniques resulting therefrom. By your execution of this Risk Disclosure Disclaimer and Conditions of Attendance (RDD) Agreement you are agreeing to the foregoing and you waive any such responsibility, obligation and liability on the part of the Market Mentor Group.

No constituent party of the Market Mentor Group is a broker or dealer, or a member of any exchange stock or other security exchange and is not registered with any regulatory agency. The services provided by any one or more constituent parties comprising the Market Mentor Group are for the sole purposes of instruction and entertainment.

By your execution of this RDD Agreement, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

(a) that the Market Mentor Group has not made nor will you hereafter claim or construe that the Market Mentor Group has made any representations, or warranties of any kind whatsoever that your trading activities will result in any profits; and

(b) that you acknowledge and agree that all trading decisions that you may hereafter elect to make shall have been by means of your sole determination, and shall not have been by means of the assistance of any of the constituent parties comprising the Market Mentor Group; and

(c) that Market Mentor Mentor LLC has recommended that you consult with a financial professional before beginning any trading program; and

(d) that TRADING CAN INVOLVE HIGH RISKS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR SUBSTANTIAL LOSSES.
